Three Ways to Make Your Prop 68 Funds Go Further

In 2018, California voters passed Proposition 68. Prop 68 provides 4.1 BILLION dollars to fund parks, playgrounds, environmental projects, water & flood infrastructure projects, and so much more. Almost 1.3 billion of that total is going specifically toward parks and recreation improvements, and Californians have already  gotten the ball rolling on several new projects thanks to Prop 68. GameTime is passionate about investing in communities through parks and playgrounds, so we want to share three ways GameTime can help you better utilize Prop 68 funds.

1. Let GameTime Match Your Prop 68 Funds

Sure we can help you build your project, but we also want to help you fund it. That’s why GameTime is offering up to 100% matching funds toward the purchase of new play systems through October 30, 2020. If you’re a parks department, non-profit, school, or another youth organization, you’re eligible for our playground grants. Apply here today, and our grant award team will get back to you within a few days.

2. Use the GameTime Funding Guide

Did you know that there is $360 billion available for parks and recreation grants? That’s even in addition to the money available through Prop 68! It’s difficult to sort through all of those grants and determine which of them apply to you and your situation, so we went ahead and did it for you.

The 2020 GameTime Funding Guide is a compilation of hundreds of local, state, and national funding sources, and the 55-page document includes contact information for each source, details on the grants and awards, and instructions on how to apply. Request your free copy of the funding guide, and we’ll send the PDF to you via email.

3. Plan Your Project With a GameTime Design Team
